Welcome to Paraíso Cleaning Co. 

We are thrilled to have you visit our website and consider our services. Before you proceed, we kindly ask you to review and understand our terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Paraíso Cleaning Co.'s website and services.

Cancelations & Rescheduling 

Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request that any cancellation be communicated during our business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You may do so by sending a text message, by calling 213-255-8816 at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or email us at paraisocleaningco@gmail.com. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee as stated in the agreement form signed during booking. We appreciate your understanding that our cleaners rely on scheduled appointments.

Rescheduling:

If rescheduling is needed, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, rescheduled services are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the same cleaner for your appointment.

Appointment Entry:

It is your responsibility to ensure timely entry for our cleaners on the scheduled date. Failure to provide access to the property upon arrival will result in immediate notification. If access is not granted within 20 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.

After-Hours Contact:

For any inquiries or cancellations outside our regular business hours, we will promptly address them on the following business day. Please leave detailed messages via text, voicemail, or email to facilitate direct communication. Please note that cancellation fees may still apply if cancellations are made outside our business hours.

Estimates & Scheduling 

For estimates, please fill out our request form on the Book Now page. We will send you a detailed quote based on your input, including projected costs and duration. Be thorough with your details for accuracy. Expect a follow-up to discuss booking details.

First time clients

First-time clients need to pay a 30% deposit to secure services. We will confirm availability once the deposit is received. You will need to provide your name, address, contact info, and preferred payment method. Also, you must sign an agreement form before services commence.

Arrival time

While we schedule ample time for our cleaners to travel between locations, please understand that they may not arrive at the exact scheduled time due to factors like heavy traffic, parking issues, or unexpected vehicle problems.

 

We strive to accommodate the unique needs of each client to ensure the quality of our services, which may also affect the start time if the previous client requires additional time for cleaning. In some instances, if the allocated time is insufficient, our cleaners may need to return later to complete the cleaning.

 

We kindly request that you allow a 30-60 minute window for your cleaning technicians to arrive in case of unforeseen circumstances.

If we receive a cancellation for a visit before your appointment, we may contact you to adjust your scheduled cleaning time accordingly.

Extra time 

If the cleaning exceed the originally estimated time, clients have the option to approve additional time and the corresponding extra charge, or tailor the remaining cleaning tasks to fit within the agreed-upon time frame. It's important to note that any additional time will incur an extra charge.

Guarantee

While it's not mandatory for clients to remain at their residence during the service, we strongly recommend having someone present both at the beginning and end of the service. This allows our cleaner to conduct a walkthrough before commencing, familiarizing themselves with the property, and another walkthrough after completion to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event of dissatisfaction, please notify Paraíso Cleaning Co. within 24 hours of the service. We'll offer a complimentary re-clean of any missed areas. However, if notified after this 24-hour period, we regret that we can no longer be held responsible for any overlooked areas.

Limitation of Liability 

Paraíso Cleaning Co. prioritizes utmost care when cleaning your home or office. However, please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process, nor do we provide trash removal services.

It's imperative that all items of sentimental or irreplaceable value, such as collectors' items, trophies, family heirlooms, and high-value crystal/china/ceramics, are disclosed to Paraíso Cleaning Co. via email. We will not be held liable for items not listed and disclosed to us.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from product wear-and-tear or improperly secured fixtures, including wall decor, mirrors, window treatments, and furniture. We also disclaim liability for damages caused directly or indirectly by non-standard company products or equipment requested by you or your representative.

For us to consider liability, damages must be reported within 24 hours of your last cleaning. We will only consider liability for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or broken items caused by us. However, this does not cover shipping and tax costs, and in the case of a set, only the individual item's cost will be considered.

Safety

For safety reasons, our cleaners at Paraíso Cleaning Co. are not permitted to move or lift heavy items or furniture. If you require cleaning behind large appliances such as stoves or fridges, or furniture, we kindly request that you move them before our arrival.

 

Additionally, in the event of an emergency such as an earthquake, please ensure that our team is aware of the nearest exits at the location. Safety is our top priority, and your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated.

Holidays 

If your recurring scheduled appointment falls within any of the holidays listed below we will accommodate your appointment to the best of our abilities.

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • Thanksgiving 

  • Labor Day

Payment

Paraíso Cleaning Co. mandates a 30% deposit for all first-time clients. Once you've received a formal estimate via email, you can fulfill the deposit. Deposits are credited towards the total cost of the cleaning service in Los Angeles.

As of now, Paraíso Cleaning Co. does not accept cash payments. We exclusively accept electronic payments, including Credit & Debit Cards, processed with a 3.5% transaction fee.

If clients are unable to provide free parking, parking costs will be added to the total service fee.

Please note that gratuity is not included in the total cost of service. If you wish to give gratuity, you're welcome to directly provide it to your cleaner.

 

Following the completion of the cleaning service, payment is due within 24 hours. If you've opted to pay by credit or debit card, Paraíso Cleaning Co. will charge the discussed amount. Please be aware that failure to make payment within this period is a violation of our payment policies. Receipts are automatically issued upon payment completion.
